The Moon in Cancer coming to a sextile with the Sun in Virgo (11:38am PST) will remind us to nourish ourselves with healthy habits, thoughts and lots of self-care. A great energy to commit to a spiritual practice in whichever way it resonates with you and feels right to you. We have been gifted many tools to align our mind with our heart my Dear Ones, choose what feels right to you and commit to doing it daily. Do this spiritual practice in a way that is nurturing and allowing rather than controlling and limiting. What I mean by this is, your spiritual practice is here to nurture you. It is not meant to burden you neither make you feel guilty if you miss a day. In other words don't become fanatic...this energy also reminds us that the Soul is leading our way on. Each and every step is divinely guided and when we surrender our ego-mind-prison, trusting the divine order, we truly experience magic in the here and now of this 3D reality. It is what is called Shambala. There is magic for those willing to surrender to their soul and trust their feelings and intuition.
