Dear One, I am Amma, the Divine Mother and I am your Mother.

Mīļais, es esmu Amma, Dievišķā Māte un es esmu tava Mamma.

Focusing on your heart center sends energy to each of your energy
bodies as well as your physical body. You can have tremendous
changes within yourself simply by focusing on the heart
center. That is why I am spending this week in assisting you in
learning how to focus on your heart.  

Koncentrēšanās uz tavu sirds centru sūta enerģiju katram tavam enrģētiskajam ķermenim, kā arī fiziskajam ķermenim. Tu vari ārkārtīgi mainīties tikai vienkārši fokusējoties uz savu sirds centru. Tieši tādēļ es veltu šo nedēļu, lai palīdzētu tev iemācīties fokusēties uz tavu sirdi.

I challenge you with all the love I have for you, to truly listen to
these words you are reading. If you do what I instruct day by day,
you will have a transformation in your life.

Visā manā mīlestībā pret tevi, es aicinu tevi patiešām ieklausīties vārdos, ko lasi. Ja dari to, ko es ik dienas iesaku, tavā dzīvē notiks pārmaiņas.  
Today, continue to focus on your heart center. Pay attention to
your breath as you breathe in ... and out ... of your heart center.

Šodien, turpini fokusēties uz savu sirds centru. Pievērs uzmanību elpai, kad tu ieelpo… … un izelpo… … no sava sirds centra.

Breathe in love. Breathe out fear, tension, anxiety -
anything that is not love.  

Ieelpo mīlestību. Izelpo bailes, spriedzi, dusmas-

visu, kas nav mīlestība.
