Day 292
Dear One,
I am Amma, the Divine Mother, and I am your mother.
Have you completed your energetic preparation, including the tickling of your amygdalae?
I wish to give you a Sanskrit mantra to experience today. You will enjoy the simplicity of these words. Your knowing, your love, will reach out to those who are unaware of this mantra.
Om Namah Shivaya -some use Om Namah Shiva. I will interchange the two.
Some say it:  Om … Num-ha … Shi-va.
Others say:  Om … Na … Mah … Shi … Va … Ya.
As you use this mantra, you will come to know its true meaning as you feel its vibration transform you. In the Western world, you could translate this as "I honor the Divinity residing within me."
In the Hindu tradition from which this mantra comes, the meaning is "I bow to Shiva." Shiva is the god of destruction. When all is gone, there is only the essence of the Universe. When all is destroyed, there is only Love.
Today, when the mind is doing nothing useful, fill it with Om Namah Shivaya. If you are not comfortable with those words use, "I am Love incarnate."
Until tomorrow…

Day 293
Dear One,
I am Amma, the Divine Mother, and I am your mother.
Have you completed your energetic preparation, including the tickling of your amygdalae?
You might ask: “Why use words of another language as a mantra for spiritual growth? Can't you use a mantra consisting of words of your own language which have meaning to you?”
The answer to the second questions is "Yes, of course." The answer to the first question is more involved.
With a living language, i.e., one which is still used in day-to-day life for conversation, the meaning of the words often change. Some of what should be your most sacred words are used in ways that are far from sacred … as in cursing.
In a language which is used daily for prayer and meditation by tens of thousands of people, the words are filled with the vibration of sacred meaning. When you know only the sacred meaning of the words, the vibration of the sacred is all that is in your awareness.
Because you have heard, and perhaps even used, your language's sacred words in a non-sacred manner, those words are not of the purest vibration.
Today, choose to fill your mind with either "Om" or "Om Namah Shivaya." Notice how you feel at the end of the day.
Until tomorrow…

Day 294
Dear One,
I am Amma, the Divine Mother, and I am your mother.
Have you completed your energetic preparation, including the tickling of your amygdalae?
Today, I would like you to try a different mantra to fill your mind when it is thinking useless thoughts.
Notice how you feel after using this mantra compared to "Om" and "Om Namah Shivaya."
Your mantra for today is "I am Love Incarnate."
Be aware of any differences you feel at the end of the day.
Which mantra facilitated the greater peace?
Which mantra connected you more with the essence of Love?
Until tomorrow…

Day 295
Dear One,
I am Amma, the Divine Mother, and I am your mother.
Have you completed your energetic preparation, including the tickling of your amygdalae?
Here is another mantra to experience today.
From the Latin the spelling is "Alleluia" meaning "Praise God."
The Hebrew spelling is "Hallelujah" which means "Praise Yah." "Yah" is the shortened form for the name of God, which, according to the Hebrew tradition, you are not to utter.
I would like you to fill your mind with "Alleluia" today and then compare your experiences with the past two days.
Until tomorrow…

Day 296
Dear One,
I am Amma, the Divine Mother, and I am your mother.
Have you completed your energetic preparation, including the tickling of your amygdalae?
Was there a difference in your experience using "Alleluia" compared to using "I am Love Incarnate," "Om," or "Om Namah Shivaya"?
The biggest difference in meaning is that "Alleluia" is the praising of the Divinity outside of yourself, not within you.
The other two include you as part of the Divine.
Today, fill your mind with whatever mantra you wish.  It may be one we have already used or another that you prefer.
Simply choose one to fill your mind when it meanders in its useless thoughts.
At the end of the day, note how you feel.
Until tomorrow…

Day 297
Dear One,
I am Amma, the Divine Mother, and I am your mother.
Have you completed your energetic preparation, including the tickling of your amygdalae?
You have spent the last seven days experiencing various mantras.
I would like you to choose a mantra you feel most drawn to and use it throughout the day for at least one month before changing to another one.
Fill yourself with this mantra. Release any low vibration energies that surface while using this mantra. (Yes, I spoke of this in an earlier lesson.)
Using your mantra while in your Heart Source will resonate with your very molecules.
All manner of things may happen to you.
Accept what is and know "You are Love Incarnate."
Until tomorrow…
