We worry too much about what people think of us, especially when we feel they judge us. Even, close relationships test us so deep that we get lost and feel down. But what we do not recognize is that how we react to people is more important than how they react to us.
If anyone will pay their own karma by the way they react, they will face with their own karma from that level of reaction. So if they judged... you as a crazy person, and you were so nice to them. Who will face with that judgement as their reflection? They will. And you will face with what you have been reacting and reflecting as.
So mind focuses on the other side’s aspects of us but we really waste so much energy about how much they were wrong to us and this keeps us stuck in the victim paradigm.
Let the karma show them what they have done to you. Focus on what your karma will be like, if you were sincere and nice to them then you would see that reflection back to you.
