Moon enters Sagittarius
My Dear Ones, today is a day of purification and consciousness breakthrough. We are gifted from the Stars the Spiritual Fire to break through new levels of awareness and consciousness. To tap into the Consciousness of the Golden Aquarian Age and embody it, as Mars in Aries comes to conjunction with Uranus (9:06am PST) and square Pluto in Capricorn (3:41pm PST). I called the year 2015, the year of Spiritual Cosmic Fire...no kidding!
The revolution is within my Dear Ones, and the Spiritual Fire energy of today will give us the strength and courage to dive deep and bring about the jewels that lies within our Heart and Soul, the jewels that you have agreed to offer to Gaia, and to all of children including you, to build the new paradigm of Unity Consciousness and Unconditional Love. This morning, I was strongly guided by my Soul to practice "breath of fire". I thought I was going to do 11min and ended up doing 31min. This is a purifying and detoxifying breath which I would recommend you practice as well. It works on all the levels: physical, emotional and spiritual. It is a very simple breath. You can start with 3min and build up to 11,22 and 31min.
Inhale and exhale equally and rapidly through the nose. Eyes closed focused at the 3rd eye, the space between the eye brows and visualize the violet flame. Hands in Gyan Mudra, index-thumb touching. Bring a "Buddha smile" on your face and enjoy! To end, inhale deeply into the 3rd eye, feel the energy go from the Heart of Gaia through your root chakra up to your 3rd eye, hold as long as comfortable and exhale through the nose back into the Heart of Gaia. Repeat 2 more times. Then relax, slowly opening your eyes and adjusting to the 3D with your new perception.
It is all about perception my Dear Ones, and the higher the frequencies you tap into such as Love, Compassion, Forgiveness, the more unifying thus loving your reality will be. Remember that other people are merely reflection of your unconscious, playing their role to assist you in your own awakening. We just get confused at times when what they reflect to us is not to our liking. This is called the shadow and the more we can become aware and integrate our shadow, the more of your ascended liberated self you can embody in this 3D. Do you understand this? Now I am not saying that any person giving you a "hard time" is consciously knowing it is for your soul growth. Still at the soul level, it is what is happening. It is our choice to ascend or remain in the cycle of pain and suffering. I could write books about this process, and actually will! Stay tune for my first published Ascension Book this year!
