Winter Solstice ~ Time to Clear Out The Old

Hello, beautiful beings of light and love! Over the next 24 hours, we’ll experience a powerful energy shift! Happy Winter Solstice to all of you!
The Solstice is a great time to clear out the old (negative energy, bad relationships, stuff you no longer need, obligations that no longer serve you) and welcome the new (positive energy, healthy relationships, doing and having the things you love!).
Resolve to let go of everything that is bringing you down, depressing your energy, or keeping you from shining! You’ll need all of your energy to step into the next phase of your journey... renewed and READY to ROAR!
You’ve been through a LOT since the summer solstice. You are stronger and wiser for it! Are you finally ready to leave the past behind? Are you ready to walk away from everything that makes you unhappy? Are you ready to make room for the people and things that light you up inside? Make a list of the things you really want, then take small steps every day to move yourself towards joy!
Use this time wisely! Put away the phones and devices. Rest and reflect. Go inward and ask yourself the important questions: What is important to me? What makes my soul sing? Am I doing everything I can to create the life I want?
The Solstice is POWERFUL! It can help turn your deepest wishes, dreams, and desires into reality. It can help you create a life you never thought possible. AND...
It can help ALL OF US create a better world!
How?
Through our intentions and prayers. I’m asking all of you to take just a few minutes each day to send the world some love. Close your eyes, breathe deeply, listen to your heartbeat for a few seconds, and say, “I choose love. I choose it for myself and I choose it for the world. I give it to others as I give it to myself.” Picture that love reaching people around the world as you repeat the prayer for a minute or two.
Make it a habit to say this prayer every day. It will help to shift your energy, and you’ll start to experience a greater sense of peace and joy in your life. What a wonderful gift to give to yourself and to the world!
