Starting tonight 11/ 10 & 11 / 11 gateway...get ready!..wrap your stuff up (low frequent emotions, old patterns, etc.)....clear the space, clean the old habits, open up the mind and transmute whats left. If you have hard time staying still in the mind; write down whats happening to get a different perspective of your ideas and where you stand.

Release expectation, anchor into your wholeness where everything is always "enough". Stay away from paying too much attention to people and the past activities that are not nurturing your newness, freshness, liveness. Keep your energy field clear from unconscious sleepy people and energies. Respect your body, your process, your rejuvenation. Your own lightbody will guide you to release the mind control naturally.


Let your own flow guide. Let go thinking and needing to do too much. Less could be more effective, work on more of what brings you joy and release needing more than you need. Why are you worrying about usually? That sets your tone. Tone of where you put your energy into destruction. If you are not ready to flip and feel appreciative yet; at least realize that you dont have to complain all the time, neither.


Let go off whining and wanting all the time. That also keeps us reactive and as a wounded child as our energy level stays at a vulnerable kid archetype. We are releasing these patterns, patterns of how we kept ourself into the victim seat. We expect everything to fill our needs and serve, but this also keeps us in the duality of what we give and what we receive back of what we give. Push/pull hinders our connections as well. You don't have to carry a heavy bag of old emotions and expect from people to unlock and clean them for you. That is also how we give our power away.


And vice versa, trying to control to feel safer. Go with the flow and anchor into your inner zero point. Stay without any role. Stay neutral to catch your alignment so you could embrace the new. Shake off the old you that keeps you in this duality polarization. Become an one unified energy field where people could find alignment with your inner alignment. Here we go....xox much love, Denize
