**Shifting To Your New Self**


 There is an intense energy push towards the mind that keeps the mind restless these days. These are the intense energy releasing cycles where you discover what you have been hidden within. Mercury Retrograde could calm the mind or it may seem like that but it could also force us to rethink and revise the areas we have been postponing about ourself. You might see yourself like a motor engine running so fast without a fuel going nowhere. So the emotions could mix you up in between. How could you get so reactive when you know what to do? How could you repeat the same mistakes when you just said you know you would never do them? Your mind could trick you and sometimes you don't know if you think you know something until you actually doing it. That's why facing with challenges and lessons always teach us our potential as well as our capacity and where we are. Knowing is not enough, you have to see yourself doing, and doing and mastering the actual thing that you think you know. But this also means you have to know where you are without going too much on challenging yourself with the harder level that you are not ready for.

 We are all transferring from thinking too much, playing mind games with each other to "feeling" and being honest with showing what we think. So we are still tasting the new and seeing how we can be what we are constantly wishing to be. If everything is getting intensified or it feels that way; look deep within to realize how your senses have been heightened as well. You feel more, you sense more but you think more at the same time. That's why you have to keep your engines checked and treat yourself like you are moving to a new place. Your focus has to be on yourself because you are running a faster engine that it needs your constant attention. So imagine you are moving a new place where you don't know anything, you don't no where to go, you don't know anybody, which way to go in town. So imagine this spiritually; if you are becoming someone new and these new level of being feels so alien to you; just treat it like someone you are meeting the first time. Discover the details (stay observer), recognize the differences (stay neutral), treat him/her with a respect and pay attention to what he/she needs. Just like when you meet a new person; you listen to them, you ask questions, you are in wonder. So you don't judge them right away or put them in place in your mind because you are just getting to know each other. Do this same thing to yourself this time. You are becoming someone new but if constantly your past, your past activities, your old patterns, belief systems, emotions, etc. get in the way and come out to distract you then just stand still and stay as a higher observer to recognize the new person and shift your whole focus from that old self to the new self....like this new person is your new guest and you are treating him/her with a respect.

When the old stuff come out, they just create static and make you feel like an angry woodpecker where you feel like you can dig any place and any patterns with so much emotions that you feel drained everyday in between. That's why you have to apply what you have been preparing yourself with. All the readings, all the therapies, all the mantras will not be enough to shift yourself from the old to the new. You have to do it on your own and realistically check your engine daily to realize what you need for you to move yourself higher up until you anchor it. Without these, the higher level of alignment with your higher self / heart will stay as a conceptualized theory where you would feel like energies are just cutting a piece of you with each high wave.


 You have to remember how your mind will try to convince you that anything new or unknown is scary and you have to be ready for the worst scenario. You have to understand the nature of your mind. Otherwise you will always look for outside and anything to satisfy your thirst with more knowledge and that will be like you are constantly in need of consuming and never being able to create and produce.

 Do not identify yourself with your past, and the way you have been doing things. They were your trials and if they were good you wouldn't need to change them. You test everything and how life is. You test people if they can be your friends, you test yourself if you can do something, you test a pattern if it could feel good. We always test things and see what that experience could bring us to the next level. You can't focus on every test that you felt you fail. What is the purpose of the test? Seeing your potential, seeing where you are and discovering where you want to go or where you might be at your next step in life. Drop focusing on how and what the tests are and focus on how much they teach you so you can do better and how much you are evolving with seeing yourself where you are. 

 That's why we have to master the neutrality and detachment first. Not to make ourselves a detach person from everything but to keep ourself in balance to catch the lesson and evolving tips in it.
