So it is better to not to take everything serious these days. To feel brand new, we ought to follow the new that inspires us to be different. Focus on detoxing, renewing your system. We always get caught up with the emotional output and how we conceptualize over what happened as a habit but these emotional cleansing & ...realization could force us to do the same things with more fearful way so we can stay stuck. We might spend so much time in the mind and it could become a very serious addiction. Thinking and keeping everything separate from our own system could keep us in the mind more. Mind loves to repeat the known patterns and it will resist to stay the same even if it is painful.
What comes out as old emotions, and our old thought patterns that we see can keep us edgy and more reactive. And, this keeps us angry for no reason but they are just thought patterns and thought forms within our subconscious & conscious mind. So stay meditative if you feel you are going back to the beginning of your ascension days where everything feels weird. Detox your whole system from the same habits, same reactions and resistance. For us to keep the whole system ready for the new upgrades, we must keep the system clean and clear from any statics. Do not go back to the critical and judge-mental mind habits. Stay neutral and as an observer to catch the self from that higher perspective. Keep your energy field focused on shifting to the new. No matter what the old feels like. What we are leaving behind shouldn't be our concern to worry about whether it was right or wrong. Stay focus on your now moment, and how you feel much better each day. Shift your mind and habits towards brightness. Not reminiscence over an illusion.
