Migraines, Anxiety, Dizziness, And Other Intense Energy Shift Symptoms

The waves of higher frequency energy are coming in at a faster pace, and this may be causing some common physical symptoms that can’t always be explained by a traditional doctor. As we begin to shift through dimensional levels, the body is having to adjust in vibration and morph into a new version of human. Some of the intense energy symptoms are:
  • nausea
  • hot flashes
  • vertigo (dizziness)
  • exhaustion
  • long periods of sleep
  • memory loss
  • a loss for the right words
One thing I forgot to mention for my personal journey is extreme hunger and hunger pains of I do not eat something soon. This could be the opposite for someone else. Of course, the reason I forgot is that I am having a frequency shift symptom of memory loss! Not everyone is the same, and some people may not be experiencing anything extreme at all. Some people are unable to sleep, have extreme chills/coldness, migraines/headaches, aches, joint pain, and anxiety. A lot of people are reporting unexplained crying at this time, and I certainly encourage crying in order to let the energy flow through you.
As I mentioned in the article, grounding is an excellent way to help alleviate these symptoms. I talk about a way to ground in my video. However, many grounded people may be trapping energy in the head according to Diane Canfield, and this can cause extreme migraines.
Meditation is one of the most popular things prescribed for energy shift symptoms and also raises your vibration. Meditation can be as simple as spending a few moments of quiet time with yourself while clearing the “monkey mind”. Advanced meditation can allow for psychic experiences and visions, guide communication, or astral traveling. It all depends on your experience level with meditation and what your body needs that will determine how you meditate, how long you meditate, and how you prepare yourself for meditation.

Finally, get your body moving in order to help move energy through your body. Again, the level of exercise you get is completely up to you, however pushing yourself too hard could cause you to become ungrounded. Stretching, walking, yoga, tai chi, and swimming are some great forms of exercise that incorporate the elements. If you are having any of these symptoms and they are extreme enough to disrupt your life, there are a few more things to consider. First, it is always good to ask your helpers on the other side for assistance. We are never alone and there are many beings waiting to assist. I call on my angels and guides to help when things get too much to handle, and I feel like they are my “barometers” for how much energy I am able to bring into my body. Second, check out your electronics in your house and assess whether you can do without some of them for a while. Wifi, television cell phones, and computers all emit harmful frequencies meant to keep us off kilter. It may be time for the “Faraday Cage” or the “tin foil hat” if you just can’t seem to shake these symptoms in order to narrow down the cause!
