Sometimes all they want is to be acknowledged. It is part of all existence.
Emotions, wounds, even our ego want that acknowledgement. That is why when we
meditate we can not fight with our thoughts. So just stay as an observer,
become the observer with practice. And establish being neutral more neutral in
the process where we only stay focused on our own energy field and in the now.
The rest brings its own answers and solutions because we naturally release the
old mind attachments therefore our vibration/energy field shifts. D
