Feeling the Cosmic Shift

The influx of light affects everyone. If you’re on your spiritual path, there are few things to know. When you understand how the “shift” affects your life, it’s easier to adjust.
1) Every week or two, the planets place pressure on specific parts of life. If you know this, you understand its temporary nature. You also learn to look for what’s consistent such as insights, negative patterns, and life events (good and bad.) Expand the positive and work o...
n the negative. (We learn from our problems.)
2) Sometimes, life feels chaotic. It’s okay to feel emotional or not have the answers. It’s actually part of the spiritual path. As you release the defenses of the ego, you feel more emotional. (Your emotions heighten and become more genuine. You become more aware of how you truly feel.) Not having the answers is a great reason to meditate. The mystery of not-knowing is part of using intuition and having more faith.
3) Everything is heightened and accelerated in this New Age. Things happen more quickly when you’re connected to the light. (In the old days, it took hours or days to manifest a small change.) Now, our thoughts often manifest very quickly—both positive and negative. It’s part of moving into a higher vibration.
4) Life is not stable; it’s definitely an adventure. Change brings instability. For example, it’s a known fact that we manifest more quickly during solar flares and shifts of the magnetic field. You can’t step completely into your power if you’re trying to keep things under control. It’s a stretch. (It’s helpful to accept this and work within the paradigm.)
5) It’s okay to feel tired. The body actually shifts to a higher light level if you’re open to receiving the light. This can result in tiredness. It’s best to make time to rest. Your need for vitamins, minerals, and diet may change frequently with alterations in the energy. (Conversely, you may add more exercise. It’s a balancing act.)
6) The planet is changing on a physical level. The moon rises in a different position; the temperatures and seasons are changing. You feel this—even if you’re not aware of it. Spending time in nature can help in attuning your body with nature and becoming more acclimated to physical change.
7) Your attitude about the shift is a key part of the process. It’s helpful to think of this as one of the most exciting times on the planet, or imagining you won the lottery and are allowed to live in an incredible time. It’s also helpful to return to the heart space (or your inner connection) because everything is quiet there—and it all makes sense.
