Neptune,the ruling planet of Pisces turned retrograde on Saturday 13th June,and will continue along this line until November 19th.
For those of you who read my posts,you will know that when a planet does an about turn and heads into the retrograde phase, the positive traits of that planet seem to disappear. When Neptune is heading backwards, the beautiful idealism that we use to colour our world to a shade that suits us,all but disappears. We start to see people and situatio...ns as they really are,which can be very confronting...especially if we've had them on any sort of pedastal. We may also find that our inner world is rocked,as the old memories and feelings that have been neatly tucked away, start to make themselves known to us. Anything of a false nature will start to erode over the next 5 months, making way for more truthful experiences and connections. We will be shown where we're identifying too strongly with our ego,and where we're being way too hard on ourselves. We will also be shown where we're deluding ourselves.
The purpose of this transit is to bring us back to the true nature of who we really are, by freeing us from external circumstances that we think define us. It also opens us up to beliefs and philosophies, that expands our minds in a way that we might not have experienced before. Feelings of confusion and disorientation may be prevalent at the beginning of this transit, and are a sign that the world as you see it is dissolving.
As challenging as this may seem,it's also indicative that you're allowing yourself to expand into this energy.
Neptune is paradoxical in the sense that it can bring confusion and a disconnection from reality as you know it,but also incredible clarity, and deep inner knowing that you're moving your life in a direction that is right for you.
I liken Neptune to the following analogy....swimming in murky waters and not being able to see what's in front of you. The more your mind tries to make sense of what's happening,the further you descend into darkness. Then you close your eyes, and see the most vivid light appear in your minds eye. You trust this light and know that with every part of your being,it will lead you in the right direction...and it does.
Neptune is about trusting what is true for you, and making that manifest on the physical plane.
We have a chance here to either bring those higher ideals into reality, or to keep deceiving ourselves.
