**Alignment**
Alignment means, being straight with your actions; not only with your own self but with others. Being straight with what you want, how you want to be treated, not tolerate any disrespect, not to disrespect anyone at the same time. You can't expect people to be straight with you if you are acting like you are uneven and dis-aligned with what you want from them and within yourself. This goes with saying one thing and doing another. You will see that reflected back... to you. What you show will be shown to you. You will see your reflection and thats the way to learn how you manage and create your own energy field and move up higher as a creator of your own reality.
You can't just act like people can disrespect you just because you don't know how to show love and respect to yourself and expecting from Universe to show you people who will respect you. Blaming ego in others and within yourself is just another way to hide yourself in the separation consciousness. You don't have to separate yourself from your mind to really learn how to stay in your heart zone. You can still do it by taking your mind with you, by taking it to a higher level of consciousness. We are not dropping our minds and just focusing on our hearts. We are educating our minds to align with our true self, with our higher self as well as our highest version. Once you start respecting yourself, show that this is what you really want from around you; then you will move up to a higher level of frequency and release those people who has no respect for themselves as well as no respect for you from your frequency ....Then you will see how you change your frequency and how people around you will start to treat you from that level of consciousness & frequency. If you are not aligned within your highest version, you can't expect that to manifest outside of you. You treat yourself the way you want to be treated and show people how you would like to be treated. And those people who can't do what you are doing will leave from your frequency and the right people will come who has same respect for themselves, therefore, will show you the same frequency back to you as well.
